📋 Description
• Investigating, negotiating, and settling complex property damage and liability insurance claims • Virtually inspecting damages, investigating coverage, preparing estimates, and settling claims promptly and accurately • Interface with customers, contractors, and vendors through various platforms • Ensuring top-notch support and resolution for wind and hail claims
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3+ years Property Field Claims Experience • Familiarity with Xactimate and other virtual assessment tools • Strong analytical skills to assess damages and determine coverage • Excellent negotiation and communication skills • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a virtual environment • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality claim resolutions
