📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional service to policyholders through on-site inspections • Investigate coverage and prepare estimates • Settle claims promptly • Handle virtual claims using tools such as Xactimate • Focus on water losses and other property claims

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in property adjusting, water mitigation, or independent adjusting • Xactimate proficiency highly desired • Ability to travel to customers' homes • Valid driver's license • Residency within the Seattle Metro area is mandatory • Willing and able to carry a 50-pound ladder • Access up to a 6/12 pitch on a one to two-story roof
