📋 Description

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for analytics and operational solutions. • Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and prioritize investments. • Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable product features. • Define success metrics and measure product outcomes. • Drive development of reporting, dashboards, and self-service analytics capabilities. • Partner with data engineering teams on data modeling, architecture, and integration efforts. • Utilize data to identify trends, bottlenecks, operational risks, and opportunities. • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise standards. • Present recommendations and product updates to leadership. • Lead cross-functional working sessions across business and technology teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management, business analysis, consulting, or related experience. • Experience managing a product backlog and roadmap. • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. • Experience with Agile methodologies. • Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar platforms. • Strong SQL skills. • Experience working with APIs and system integrations. • Understanding of modern data architecture and cloud analytics platforms. • Experience with Python or similar programming languages. • Knowledge of data engineering, ETL/ELT, and analytics workflows.
