📋 Description

• Engage with prospective customers through inbound and outbound sales conversations • Convert warm leads into customers using a proven consultative sales strategy • Assist customers with insurance quotes and coverage recommendations from Allstate products and products within the Allstate family of companies, including National General • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development activities • Work from home in a fast-paced call center to drive sales growth while delivering an exceptional, customer-first experience • Work 20 hours per week, including nights and weekends, with flexibility to balance coursework • Join interviews virtually with camera on when applicable and provide valid photo identification

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be actively enrolled in a 4-year college, 2-year community college, and/or technical program during the full duration of the trainee program • Ability to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license with Allstate’s support • Required to obtain and maintain all required resident and non-resident Producer licenses necessary to sell insurance products in any state designated by Allstate • Reliable high-speed internet with wired connection (Ethernet) • Dedicated, private, distraction-free home workspace • Minimum internet speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
