📋 Description

• Leverage data and analytics to answer moderately complex questions • Influence business strategy through communication of findings to management • Develop standards of practice around data retrieval, data manipulation, data reporting, and data analytics • Make business insights accessible to non-technical audiences • Provide technical expertise • Compile, clean, organize, and analyze moderately complex data to understand business results • Monitor and evaluate business initiatives against key performance indicators • Communicate results and recommendations to management • Communicate and present project information to the team • Present updates to management • Establish, modify, document, and communicate standards of practice around data retrieval, data manipulation, data quality, data reporting, and data analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience in different programming languages such as SQL • Experience working in Microsoft Fabric • Experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI • General insurance knowledge • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working with Big Data • 2 years of data and analytics experience • Must submit to a background investigation • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position • Dedicated, private workspace free from distractions when working from home • Appropriate desk and seating when working from home • Reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload
