📋 Description

• Lead critical groups with significant responsibilities and strategically important architecture or product areas • Build relationships throughout the organization to ensure company-wide alignment and support • Architect and design digital products using modern tools, technologies, frameworks, and systems • Apply scientific and technological knowledge to software design, implementation, testing, and documentation • Own and manage applications in production • Be accountable for digital product success through achievement of KPIs • Advise others on complex engineering matters • Translate strategy into challenging and meaningful goals • Manage teams responsible for strategic and critical architecture components or strategically valuable business functions • Act as an authority on software best practices and propagate them across the organization • Leverage and influence key stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 10 or more years of experience (Preferred) • Supervisory duties and team management experience • Accountability and analytical thinking • Knowledge of business processes and technological knowledge • Experience with accounts receivable and cash disbursements • Experience with ERP applications and SAP systems • Functional designs and product features • Integration testing and SAP deployment • SAP Collections Management • SAP FI Accounts Receivable • Relationship-building skills • Ability to pass a background investigation • Must have reliable internet with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload • Must maintain a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions with appropriate desk and seating when working from home • Allstate generally does not sponsor individuals for employment-based visas for this position
