📋 Description

• Partner with the Product Design team on project-based work • Explore user behaviors and iterate on product features • Use code and AI as creative tools • Work independently and collaborate with cross-functional partners • Own deliverables from exploration through execution • Identify opportunities, make informed bets and decisions, and ship meaningful product updates • Bring strategic thinking and sequence execution • Craft experiences that communicate membership value across markets with local relevance • Evolve AllTrails' design language and systemize visual and motion effects • Leverage and contribute to the evolving design system

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience researching, designing, and shipping consumer-facing digital product features across iOS, Android, and web • Extensive B2C experience • Experience taking ideas from concept through release and learning from post-launch performance • Ability to prioritize critical tasks, estimate scope, and deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule • Experience with qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis • Ability to facilitate constructive feedback and evolve designs to meet business objectives • Ability to provide design direction and pattern recommendations to cross-functional teammates • Expertise driving stakeholder buy-in for high-impact initiatives • Strong visual, interaction, and motion design judgment • AI fluency, including prompt creation, context provision, critical evaluation of AI-generated output, and iterative refinement • Strong design systems thinking • Strong digital presence and ability to engage and grow online communities • Strong branding and illustration skills • Solid understanding of color theory and visual storytelling
