📋 Description

• Lead product design efforts within one of Luxury Presence’s core product areas • Own experiences end to end, from framing problems and surfacing user needs to delivering polished, development-ready designs • Design end-to-end user experiences from discovery and low-fidelity exploration through detailed execution • Conduct research, interviews, and testing to stay connected to user needs • Design usable and delightful solutions addressing multiple states, edge cases, and accessibility needs • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to frame problems and identify solutions • Prototype and test concepts using appropriate fidelity and tools • Contribute to the reusable, accessible, and documented design system • Share work, participate in critique, give and receive feedback, and help improve team quality

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design • Strong experience designing and shipping digital products in cross-functional teams • Portfolio highlighting user-centered problem solving, strong UX thinking, and high-quality craft • Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and design tokens • Clear, confident communication of design decisions, user needs, and tradeoffs • Keen eye for visual and interaction design, with judgment about when to polish and when to ship • Curiosity, empathy, and drive to improve user outcomes through design
