📋 Description

• Assist with integrating new payment providers and payment methods • Review and analyze payment provider API documentation • Configure payment methods and provider settings in the back-office system • Test payment flows including deposits, withdrawals, refunds, and transaction status updates • Verify API requests, responses, callbacks, and webhooks • Use Postman and internal tools to test integrations and reproduce issues • Analyze transaction logs and identify integration or configuration problems • Communicate with payment providers regarding technical questions and integration issues • Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, account managers, and other internal teams • Create and maintain integration documentation, setup instructions, and testing results • Track integration tasks and reported issues in Jira • Support investigation of failed, declined, or incorrectly processed transactions • Monitor existing integrations and assist with resolving production issues

🎯 Requirements

• Basic understanding of REST APIs, HTTP requests, and client-server communication • Basic knowledge of JSON and API request/response structures • Familiarity with Postman or similar API testing tools • Understanding of callbacks, webhooks, and transaction statuses • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail and ability to work with technical documentation • Good written and verbal communication skills • English level of at least B2 • Ability to manage several tasks and follow agreed deadlines
