📋 Description

• Own the full recruitment process from outbound prospecting through signed partnership agreements • Conduct discovery conversations with BCBAs and ABA practice owners to understand their goals, challenges, and growth plans • Educate prospective providers on Alpaca's technology, operational support, and partnership model • Build trust with clinicians making one of the biggest career decisions of their lives • Consistently manage and advance a pipeline of opportunities • Experiment with new outreach, prospecting, and sales approaches to improve conversion rates • Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to improve messaging, processes, and product offerings • Become an expert in the ABA industry, private practice ownership, and the challenges providers face • Help shape the future of Alpaca's provider acquisition strategy as we scale

🎯 Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in sales, business development, recruiting, customer success, or another relationship-driven role • Experience in a startup, healthcare, education, or SMB-focused environment is a plus • Strong written and verbal communication skills • A desire to build something meaningful alongside a high-performing team • Preference for experience in ABA
