📋 Description

• Become familiar with the current security program • Review existing SOPs, templates, SharePoint, and contract documentation • Identify organizational priorities and process gaps • Document institutional knowledge and historical practices • Update security program SOPs • Organize the Security SharePoint site • Standardize folder structures, templates, and checklists • Organize contract-specific security documentation • Continue knowledge transfer and process documentation • Complete workflow documentation and process maps • Develop the AO Security Program Playbook and FSO Toolkit • Review inspection and audit readiness documentation • Evaluate the effectiveness of the part-time support engagement and determine future security program support needs • Evaluate the business need for government security system access, including DISS, NISS, NBIS, SWFT, and Fieldprint, if operational responsibilities expand • Assess long-term staffing needs and determine whether continued part-time support or another staffing approach is appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in a security administration role within a cleared facility, or equivalent government security background • Working knowledge of NISPOM, DCSA processes, and DISS • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain strict confidentiality • Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills
