📋 Description

• Lead or support disaster community impact studies and related EM / resilience assessments for county and state clients • Design and execute community impact methodologies, including household/business surveys, stakeholder interviews, and secondary data synthesis • Align findings to FEMA/OHSEM or grant-program reporting frameworks where applicable • Produce reports, recommendations, and presentation materials for emergency management leadership • Contribute EM/disaster-impact content and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when permissioned

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on emergency management, disaster recovery, or community impact study delivery for public-sector clients • Ability to lead or support mixed-methods community impact assessment and client workshops • Comfortable as a 1099 / project-based collaborator with travel as needed for client on-sites • Prior county OHSEM / homeland security / FEMA-funded assessment experience (nice to have) • Familiarity with Texas or large-county EM program environments (nice to have) • Relevant credentials (CEM, PEM, or similar) (nice to have)
