📋 Description

• Lead or support infrastructure/energy research studies, including feasibility, demand, pipeline analysis, resilience, and workforce implications • Synthesize technical, economic, and policy sources into decision-ready reports • Partner with economists, GIS analysts, and sector operators when scopes require multi-discipline teams • Support AlphaGov proposals with accurate sector framing and named-expert narratives when permissioned • Flag when a solicitation requires PE/licensed professionals and help structure compliant teams • Prefer subcontract/partner posture on mega-capital programs until AlphaGov has matching corporate past performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years infrastructure, energy, utility, transit, or resilience research/analysis (consulting, agency, or research org) • At least two completed public or quasi-public sector studies you can cite (client/agency, your role, year) • Strong writing and ability to explain technical findings to non-engineers • Willingness to be named on proposals when expertise aligns and permission is granted • PE, CEM, AICP, GISP, or related credential (when licenses required) — nice to have • GIS / spatial analysis for pipeline or resilience studies — nice to have • Clean-energy, grid, water, or transit workforce studies — nice to have • Federal/state energy-office or utility commission experience — nice to have
