📋 Description

• Lead the civilian-workforce classification structure review for approximately 270 titles • Develop civilian pay-grade recommendations and implementation options • Conduct market benchmarking against peer municipalities • Present findings to project leadership • Contribute to client-ready study deliverables • Contribute municipal classification and compensation leadership qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when permissioned

🎯 Requirements

• Municipal classification and compensation study leadership experience • Public-sector HR consulting background • Comfortable as a 1099 / project-based collaborator with travel as needed for client on-sites • South Carolina local-government experience (nice to have) • Classification and compensation studies for organizations of 1,000+ employees (nice to have) • Presentations to Boards, Councils, or elected officials (nice to have)
