📋 Description

• Manage implementation of the Data Management Program within assigned business unit and provide training to business line and technology personnel • Facilitate data management-related working groups • Develop an understanding of the data management practice and research current industry trends • Measure compliance with business and Enterprise Data Management policy and standards for assigned units • Identify critical data elements and capture related metadata with assigned units • Monitor data quality through enterprise-wide KPIs/KRIs to ensure effective data risk management • Facilitate remediation of data management-related issues • Analyze large data sets to derive business insights and drive tangible business value • Demonstrate usage of business and enterprise data management and business intelligence tools • Adhere to company risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls; identify issues requiring escalation • Promote an environment supporting diversity and reflecting the Bank brand • Maintain internal control standards and implement internal/external audit points and applicable regulatory issues • Complete other related duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 9 years higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated analytical ability • Creative problem solving skills • Strong project management leadership • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams at various levels • Proficiency in the use of spreadsheets, graphing, and presentations with a working knowledge of financial models • Knowledge of data management practices and/or Bank products, systems and workflows • Knowledge of process improvement methodology and business process management techniques • Proficient in pertinent project and presentation software • Basic SQL programming knowledge
