📋 Description
• Serve as primary contact for assigned practices • Support Altais IT with the successful implementation, adoption, & long-term use of tools • Lead Informatics/optimization/proficiency efforts • Identify opportunities & lead internal projects • Collect and analyze data on operational needs
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • 5+ years’ experience supporting user adoption of Health Information Technology • 5+ years’ experience supporting practice clinical or business operations • Epic adoption and proficiency • Proficiency or Certification in PTK Applications
