📋 Description

• Serve as primary technical administrator and subject matter expert for Slack, ESM/ticketing, virtual agents, Jira, Confluence, DocuSign, and related platforms • Manage platform enhancement requests and develop proactive technology roadmaps • Analyze support trends, usage data, and business feedback to anticipate future needs • Build intuitive workflows, communication channels, and service requests • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive platform enablement • Deploy and optimize virtual agents, AI-driven knowledge bases, and smart automation • Build and maintain integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and native hubs • Automate user lifecycles, support tasks, and cross-platform workflows • Establish governance, system-of-record practices, reporting, auditability, and accountability • Configure hardware and software asset management capabilities for tracking, lifecycle management, and financial accountability • Work with end-user support, system operations, and IT and business functions to enhance collaboration and support systems • Report directly to the Sr. Director, End User Services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience • 5 or more years of hands-on experience administering enterprise collaboration, workflow, and ESM platforms • Administration certifications in modern SaaS platforms are a strong plus • Proven track record of implementing self-service portals, automated routing, and/or chatbots • Experience managing platform integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON • Experience designing reporting dashboards and ensuring system data meets audit and compliance standards • Proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs and basic scripting with JavaScript, Python, or PowerShell • Ability to plan and build reportable, structurally sound, audit-compliant systems • Ability to simplify legacy processes and rebuild them around business requirements • Exceptional collaboration with non-technical stakeholders and ability to translate feedback into technical action • Capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls
