📋 Description

• Administer and support the Go-to-Market technology stack • Manage user accounts, permissions, roles, profiles, and access requests across multiple platforms • Configure reports, dashboards, workflows, and light system configurations • Provide Tier 1 support by troubleshooting user issues and escalating complex problems when necessary • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams • Document system configurations, support processes, and best practices • Monitor platform health and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience • Assist with system implementations, integrations, upgrades, and new feature rollouts • Continuously learn new technologies and stay current with the evolving Go-to-Market technology landscape

🎯 Requirements

• Eager to learn emerging AI tools and identify opportunities for automation • Self-starter who takes ownership and works effectively with minimal supervision • Strong problem-solving skills and curiosity for learning new technologies • Experience administering multiple SaaS platforms within a Go-to-Market environment • Experience managing user provisioning, permissions, roles, and access • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and basic system configurations • Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills • Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Growth mindset and desire to continuously learn and improve • Proven experience building AI agents or automation workflows across the tech stack (preferred) • Experience with Salesforce and one or more modern Go-to-Market, Revenue Operations, or Sales Operations platforms (highly desirable) • Successful candidates must undergo background verification checks
