📋 Description

• Maintain, update, and improve the long-term financial model, including operating assumptions, financial statements, cash flow, and scenario analyses • Lead the annual operating plan process across the organization • Help lead the monthly forecasting process with FP&A teams, Accounting, and business leaders • Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analyses • Analyze financial performance, business drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities • Support Board of Directors, investor, and executive leadership materials • Build financial analyses and presentations for strategic decision-making • Partner with FP&A, Accounting, Finance Systems, and cross-functional teams • Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and recurring analyses • Automate manual processes and improve forecasting accuracy and workflow scalability • Support strategic projects and ad hoc analyses

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field • Relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, investment banking, management consulting, public accounting, or a similar analytical role • Strong financial modeling skills, including long-range planning, forecasting, and integrated financial statements • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Experience working with large, complex datasets • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to executive audiences • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment • Strong collaboration skills and ability to build effective cross-functional relationships • Experience with Anaplan or another enterprise planning platform preferred • Familiarity with SQL, Alteryx, business intelligence tools, or data-visualization applications preferred • Experience preparing materials for executive leadership, Boards of Directors, or investors preferred • Experience in software, technology, or a recurring-revenue business preferred • Familiarity with SaaS financial and operating metrics preferred • MBA, CPA, CFA, or another relevant advanced degree or professional designation preferred • Capacity to serve in compliance with U.S. export controls
