📋 Description

• Deliver individual quarterly and annual quota results while supporting the success of the entire sales team • Develop a deep understanding of the Altruist platform and position the platform and features such as the rebalancer and Model Marketplace • Use consultative selling skills to build trust with advisors, educate them, and guide them through the buying process • Acquire, retain, and expand business with financial advisors • Capture advisor feedback to inform company priorities, product roadmaps, and marketing campaigns • Identify ways to improve the sales team and contribute to predictable, scalable growth • Meet sales SLAs and maintain accurate, complete Salesforce records • Apply feedback from sales leadership to increase effectiveness and efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an independent financial advisor, B2B financial-services/fintech/SaaS sales professional, or financial-services consultant at a top-tier management consulting firm • Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in a fast-paced environment • Strong consultative sales skills • Ability to quickly understand complex product features and articulate customer value • B.A. / B.S. degree in a relevant field such as Business or Marketing is ideally preferred, not required • Series 7 and 63 securities licenses • Technological aptitude and ability to learn modern technology stacks, including Google Suite, Slack, Salesforce, and Zendesk • Strong communication skills • Ownership, resilience, assurance, and creative problem-solving abilities
