📋 Description

• Upload and process invoices through multiple customer and vendor portals • Navigate various online platforms, each with unique processes and requirements • Ensure invoices are submitted accurately and within required deadlines • Identify and resolve issues independently when unexpected situations arise • Follow established procedures while adapting to new scenarios as needed • Collect payments or communicate/resolve issues from debtors

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong reading comprehension and documentation skills • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision • Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment • Ability to adapt to changing procedures and requirements • Candidates must reside and work in the U.S. • Temporary position lasting six to nine months
