• Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 existing commercial real estate (CRE) client accounts • Act as the primary point of contact for client engagement, adoption, retention, and growth • Drive adoption and client value realization by leading onboarding support and ongoing engagement • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales Executives • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues quickly and ensure a seamless customer experience • Use CRM and customer success tools to track engagement and monitor account health
• 2–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, SDR/BDR, or Sales within a SaaS or B2B environment • Experience managing client relationships and driving outcomes • Understanding of balancing client relationships with retention, expansion, and revenue accountability • High level of curiosity, energy, and accountability • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is beneficial
