📋 Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of pediatric claims in PCC EMR • Investigate, appeal, and resolve denied and underpaid claims • Identify trends and root causes of denials • Communicate clearly and professionally to support exceptional client service • Ensure every patient visit is billed accurately and followed through to payment • Support pediatric practices using PCC (Physician's Computer Company) EMR • Work independently while managing your own schedule • Apply for the role and participate in assessment and interview steps as applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of medical billing experience • Strong understanding of the full claim lifecycle, from charge entry to payment resolution • Hands-on PCC EMR experience strongly preferred • Pediatric billing experience or significant exposure to pediatric payer rules strongly preferred • Confidence working denials independently and knowing where to investigate discrepancies • Ability to manage pediatric claims in PCC EMR • Ability to investigate, appeal, and resolve denied and underpaid claims • Ability to identify denial trends and root causes • Clear and professional communication skills • Strong accuracy and follow-through • Must complete a job application and may need to complete an assessment and interview
