📋 Description
• Process pediatric medical billing using ECW (eClinicalWorks) EMR • Submit claims and post payments • Research denied claims and work to secure payment for every patient visit • Provide exceptional client service and support client collections • Complete a brief billing assessment if invited during the application process • Monitor email for application updates, assessments, and interview invitations
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2 years of hands-on pediatric medical billing experience required • Experience using ECW (eClinicalWorks) EMR • Knowledge of the full life cycle of a claim • Ability to research denied claims and pursue payment for every patient visit • Commitment to exceptional client service and exceeding collections expectations
