📋 Description

• Work in the Territory and Seller squads of the Digital Insights team at Zé Delivery. • Develop analyses and models to support allocation and distribution decisions, footprint expansion, and improvements in service levels. • Build solutions for portfolio definition and product recommendations for sellers. • Translate business problems into scalable analytical solutions in partnership with Product, Engineering, and business areas. • Define metrics and measure the impact of solutions on key business KPIs. • Communicate recommendations and learnings clearly and in an actionable way.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related areas. • Relevant prior experience in Data Science, Analytics, or similar roles, with the autonomy to develop and apply analytical solutions to business problems. • Hands-on experience developing and deploying analyses or models for business use. • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate them into analytical solutions. • Strong communication skills and ease working within multidisciplinary teams.
