⢠Conduct telephone interviews using a Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) system ⢠Read survey questions exactly as written and record respondent answers accurately ⢠Review obtained data for completeness and accuracy ⢠Work independently while contributing to overall team performance goals ⢠Build skills through active engagement with feedback from colleagues and Team Leads ⢠Conduct surveys regarding the quality of services provided by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)
⢠High school diploma or GED equivalent ⢠Clear phone enunciation and fluent English communication skills, written and oral ⢠Strong active listening skills ⢠Ability to engage positively with the public while remaining neutral and unbiased ⢠Strong interpersonal skills, including courtesy, professionalism, and a cooperative attitude ⢠Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Access ⢠Ability to accurately type at least 30 words per minute ⢠Ability to meet standard phone productivity and data quality metrics ⢠Only US citizens and permanent residents will be considered ⢠Must provide own high-speed internet service ⢠Desired: 6+ months of call center, customer service, or collections experience ⢠Desired: prior experience working with Medicare beneficiaries ⢠Desired: fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Spanish ⢠Resume and cover letter submission
