📋 Description

• Process candidates compliantly and track candidate activity through Amentum’s Talent Acquisition and Security processes and systems, including Workday and TrackVia • Initiate background checks and drug screens • Collaborate with Security regarding security clearance processing • Issue new hire notifications and ensure data completeness and accuracy • Liaise with Security, HR, and Operations to complete pre-employment requirements • Independently manage a high volume of new hire activities • Follow complex workflows, standard operating procedures, company policies, legal requirements, and contract-specific requirements • Document actions and outcomes in multiple systems within established Service Level Agreements • Develop an understanding of the business and organizational structure and align requests to Talent Acquisition objectives • Assist with Talent Acquisition and Security projects • Perform other qualified duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Typically 1-3 years of experience in a recruiting assistant/coordinator, customer service, or HR assistant role with Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience • Prior experience with applicant tracking systems preferred • US Citizenship is required • Customer service orientation with strong attention to detail • Effective communication and accountability • Ability to multitask and balance several priorities simultaneously • Ability to handle confidential information appropriately • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams • SharePoint skills are a plus • Proactive problem-solving ability • English language proficiency required
