📋 Description

• Conduct research and prepare reports on U.S. and international law enforcement/public safety best practices • Assist ICITAP and PTC-US with assistance project plans, proposals, and implementation strategies • Coordinate with program management teams and stakeholders on program design for activities in the U.S. and Saudi Arabia • Develop, revise, and deliver short-, medium-, and long-term timelines and benchmarks • Coordinate with law enforcement and public safety entities, professional organizations, academies, and higher-education institutions to organize engagements and training • Monitor developments, trends, technologies, challenges, and solutions in law enforcement, forensics, emergency management, and corrections • Attend and actively engage in meetings with ICITAP, WSU, PTC-US, and other agencies and organizations • Prepare and deliver briefings, presentations, and workshops to interagency partners, professional associations, academic institutions, subject matter experts, and U.S. and international partners • Represent ICITAP by facilitating, coordinating, communicating across governments, and delivering work products under Project Specific Agreements and Specified Deliverable Lists • Manage and prioritize complex, dynamic tasks while meeting deadlines and milestones • Facilitate development of training programs and curricula with subject matter experts and instructional systems designers • Evaluate SFSP operational requirements and existing training curriculum • Assess instructional effectiveness, efficiency, technology usability, student learning, knowledge transfer, and satisfaction • Complete other assigned tasks

🎯 Requirements

• At least a bachelor's degree in criminal justice, police administration, emergency management, public administration, or related field from a U.S. Department of Education accredited postsecondary educational institution, college, or university • At least 15 years of experience in a U.S. law enforcement agency involving authority to conduct arrests, investigations, and provide testimony in judicial proceedings • At least 10 years of supervisory experience within a U.S. law enforcement agency supervising law enforcement and investigative personnel • At least 5 years of international law enforcement or public safety training or professional assistance • Experience designing, developing, implementing, or evaluating law enforcement training and organizational restructuring programs • Experience developing and delivering high-level briefings and reports to U.S. or international senior government officials • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage several complex, dynamic projects • Exceptional proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint • Ability to travel throughout the U.S. and internationally, including limited work in austere conditions and variable climates • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship • Possession of a valid U.S. Passport • Successful completion of medical fit for duty • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Waiver U.S. Government Clearance • U.S. Citizenship required to obtain a Public Trust Waiver Clearance
