📋 Description

• Communicate with internal and external customers via email, phone, and other communication channels • Oversee the needs and requirements of specialized accounts and queues • Resolve customer questions and concerns using system resources • Process data entry and order management tasks for orders and returns requiring exception handling • Collaborate with Marketing, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Distribution, Credit, and other cross-functional teams • Gather and share data on patterns, issues, and factors with the Leadership team • Support system development, implementation, upgrades, and testing through data entry and administrative tasks • Create and optimize customer-facing Help Center content • Create and modify Specialist-facing Helpdesk and Procedure Flow content • Partner with the training team to onboard new team members • Handle escalated customer situations • Manage orderbook responsibilities for the largest national customers • Facilitate order fulfillment with the Distribution Center team and understand customer shipping requirements • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred • 2+ years customer service experience with previous experience as a Runner Experience Specialist or demonstrated ability to perform the functions of the role to the highest standard • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PowerPoint • Advanced understanding and proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning tools, Order Management Systems, Payment systems, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Warehouse Management Systems, and reporting tools • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Demonstrated excellence serving customers as proven through achievement in team KPIs • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and balancing conflicting priorities • Ability to manage adverse situations positively • Ability to work effectively independently and with a team • Excellent interpersonal skills • Ability to analyze situations and provide solutions and recommendations • Innovation and initiative • Embraces and lives the Brooks values • 1+ years of Wholesale Order Management Experience • Ability to analyze data to identify inaccuracies or unexpected results
