• Plan, coordinate, promote, and support Ameresco regional events, tradeshows, conferences, and corporate events • Manage event logistics, timelines, vendor communication, staffing, booth inventory, shipping, setup, materials preparation, on-site support, lead capture, and post-event follow-up • Research and track event, sponsorship, speaking, and partnership opportunities • Define event goals, coordinate with attendees, and review engagement results • Develop and coordinate event-related content, presentations, and promotional assets • Maintain the companywide event calendar and support promotions • Manage industry memberships and association relationships • Maintain a directory of market research and analyst reports • Serve as a point of contact for key event organizers and vendors • Collaborate with sales, marketing, regional, and corporate teams to support campaigns and marketing deliverables • Assist with marketing operations
• Two years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or a related role • Knowledge of event planning, tradeshow coordination, and travel logistics • Willingness to travel up to 25% for events, conferences, and tradeshows • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Familiarity with CRM or marketing tools including Canva and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus • Collaborative interpersonal style • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact)
