📋 Description

• Lead system-wide energy assessments, benchmarking, and ASHRAE Level I–III audits. • Oversee design and construction-phase energy projects, coordinating with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors. • Manage ongoing communication with clients and internal teams, providing project status updates. • Direct supply-side and demand-side energy management initiatives. • Review, track, and manage project budgets and expenditures; approve invoices. • Assess mechanical and electrical system conditions and prioritize energy-related capital investments. • Maintain project and program documentation, including schedules, logs, and reports. • Foster strong working relationships with customers and team members throughout all project phases.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, facility management or energy management fields. • Minimum of 3 years of energy management, project engineering, facilities engineering, or energy efficiency program delivery. • Demonstrated experience supporting or managing energy-related construction projects. • Experience with large-scale construction, retrofit, and renovation projects. • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and technical documentation for multiple concurrent projects. • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, including Excel and Project. • Valid Drivers’ License issued by state of residence and in good standing. • Local travel required.
