📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with all external regulatory and legal requirements as well as internal policies. • Develop, implement, and maintain policies, standards, and procedures to comply with applicable regulations. • Conduct regular internal audits to ensure ongoing compliance and manage regulatory risk. • Act as the liaison between the company and regulatory bodies, handling inspections, audits, and other regulatory interactions. • Maintain open communication with relevant decision-makers and stakeholders about regulatory changes. • Identify and manage regulatory risks in collaboration with management and staff. • Organize and conduct regular training sessions to communicate key regulatory changes and updates to employees. • Support in the preparation and manage regulatory documentation such as Safety summaries (AIA)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree: Minimum requirement in Law, Business Administration, or a related field. • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), ISO 13485 Lead Auditor Certification, and Certified Regulatory Affairs Professional (RAPS). • Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the fragrance, cosmetics, or a related industry. • Proven record in managing compliance programs and leading audits • Experience in dealing with regulatory bodies and understanding of the regulatory environment specific to the fragrance industry. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
