📋 Description

• Provide project coordination, executive administrative, and operational support across various MedAxiom units, including Care Transformation Services (CTS), Revenue Cycle Solutions (RCS), Membership, Marketing, and Ventures. • Work closely with the lead CTS consultant for each project, coordinating processes and delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational objectives. • Serve as a pivotal point of coordination among internal teams, consultants, clients, members, and external stakeholders. • Monitor project progress, track key deadlines, identify potential risks or barriers, and escalate issues as appropriate.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Communications, Management, or related field preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive administration, project coordination, operations support, healthcare administration, consulting support, or related roles. • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders, executives, or leadership teams. • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Experience coordinating projects, meetings, schedules, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders. • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities. • Ability to independently assess priorities, exercise sound judgment, and act appropriately. • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and Excel. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism while supporting leadership and client-facing activities.
