📋 Description

• Create user-centered experiences and interfaces that improve end-to-end user journeys • Develop design specifications for company product user interfaces • Create storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, information architecture diagrams, and user journey maps for demonstrations and user testing • Produce high-fidelity designs for development teams • Analyze user research, business insights, and other data to improve customer experiences • Review proposed product changes for compliance and alignment with user experience standards • Create and maintain UI/UX resources, content templates, samples, and guidelines • Select appropriate design artifacts and deliver high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity specifications • Develop user understanding through user-centered methodologies, external analysis, research, and data • Present design decisions to peers, partners, and design leadership • Improve design processes and workflows; contribute to design systems and UX patterns • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, design leads, and cross-functional partners • Exchange ideas and skills with designers and provide mentorship • Mentor junior designers and peers • Use design tools to deliver artifacts and drive collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in or with a product design organization • Expert knowledge of Figma • Deep understanding of user-centered design methodologies, research and processes • Ability to share solutions and strategy to problem-solving initiatives in an engaging way • Proactive and energetic communicator with attention to detail • Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the United States • No visa sponsorship will be pursued for these positions • Accessibility Design • Customer Journey Mapping • Design Thinking • Product Strategy • Prototyping • Requirements Gathering • Wireframing
