📋 Description

• Investigate and resolve auto claims with moderate supervision, focusing on coverage, liability, and damages • Use sound judgment to determine exposure and the best course of action • Minimize claims costs and expenses while ensuring a positive experience for policyholders • Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process • Identify and implement ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Clearly record and communicate claims activity for smooth resolution

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in personal auto claims processing • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail • Proficient with technology • Excellent communication skills • Team-oriented, proactive, and resourceful with a “street-smart” mindset • Demonstrated expertise in coverage analysis and negotiation • Bilingual in Spanish and English is Required
