📋 Description

• Consult and advise potential students to discover goals and recommend solutions • Develop and implement action plans supporting students' enrollment goals • Follow up with potential students via telephone, email, or other electronic means • Make admissions decisions regarding fulfillment of admission requirements • Protect student account privacy under federal student privacy law (FERPA) • Evaluate academic records and documents for admission to APUS programs • Resolve routine and escalated concerns for potential students • Maintain productive relationships with Financial Aid, Fulfillment, Veteran and GI Bill assistance, Student Services, and Marketing departments • Meet or exceed departmental performance goals and metrics • Follow student recruitment and enrollment campaigns and follow-up strategies • Assist with special projects and other duties assigned by department leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of work experience in telemarketing, sales, service, online or higher education preferred • Associates Degree required • Ability to consult and advise potential students on degree planning, payment, transfer credit, and enrollment decisions • Ability to evaluate academic records and documents for admission • Skill in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other Admissions software applications • Compliance with federal student privacy law (Family Education Rights and Privacy Act) • Ability to resolve routine and escalated student concerns professionally • Ability to meet performance goals and metrics • Ability to adhere to assigned work schedule • Professional appearance • Equal opportunity employment eligibility
