📋 Description

• Consult and advise potential students to discover goals and provide guidance on degree planning, payment, transfer credit, and enrollment decisions • Implement action plans to support students in achieving identified goals • Follow up with potential students by telephone, email, or other electronic means • Make admissions decisions regarding fulfillment of admission requirements and follow-up strategies • Protect student account privacy through compliance with FERPA • Evaluate academic records and documents of potential students for admission to APUS programs • Resolve routine and escalated concerns for potential students • Maintain productive relationships with Financial Aid, Fulfillment, Veteran and GI Bill assistance, Student Services, and Marketing departments • Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics • Follow student recruitment and enrollment campaigns and follow-up strategies • Perform other duties and assist with special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of work experience in telemarketing, sales, service, online or higher education preferred • Associates Degree required • Compliance with federal student privacy law (Family Education Rights and Privacy Act) • Demonstrated skill in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and other software applications used in Admissions • Adheres to assigned work schedule • Keeps a professional appearance at all times
