📋 Description

• Own full business area financial performance, including revenue, profit, cash flow, and indirect spending • Develop and execute annual goal plans aligned to corporate objectives • Drive margin improvement and operational efficiency • Serve as the executive relationship owner for key customers within the business area • Drive organic growth within existing customer accounts • Ensure successful execution of all programs within the business area • Build and develop a high-performing leadership team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and at least 10+ years of experience running multiple projects and US Navy Programs within a DoD environment • Hands-on experience with key US Navy organizations (e.g., NAVSEA, Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Division Newport, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Division Carderock, PEO IWS.) and advanced technology domains • Proven DoD business leadership experience, including business finance, profit and loss management, and business growth • Demonstrated success in business development, including capture, proposal development, and winning new work • Strong track record building and managing high-performing, technical, and geographically dispersed teams • Ability to work collaboratively with executive and senior leadership, effectively communicate at all levels, and mentor emerging leaders • Excellent client management, business partnership, and relationship-building skills • Experience interpreting and applying government/industry standards, laws, and corporate policies to program execution • TS/SCI security clearance required
