β’ Reliable Internet connection, Laptop or Desktop computer (5 years or newer), and USB Headset β’ 1-2 yearsβ minimum experience in Telemarketing, cold calling lead generation, appointment setting, business development, and or inside sales β’ Previous experience in Home Improvement Industry a plus (not required) β’ Strong Phone presence and presentation skills required β’ Strong communication skills required β’ Previous sales training on objection/rebuttal handling strongly preferred
