β€’ Make outbound calls to homeowners (via automated dialing system) β€’ Answer connected inbound calls via our automated system β€’ Set appointments for our outside sales teams β€’ Educate homeowners on the importance of consultation β€’ Build rapport and trust with Homeowners (Under Promise and Over Deliver) β€’ Qualify homeowners to set quality appointments β€’ Achieve daily and weekly quota of appointments β€’ Use digital automated phone system β€’ Set correct dispositions in our dialing system

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Reliable Internet connection, Laptop or Desktop computer (5 years or newer), and USB Headset β€’ 1-2 years’ minimum experience in Telemarketing, cold calling lead generation, appointment setting, business development, and or inside sales β€’ Previous experience in Home Improvement Industry a plus (not required) β€’ Strong Phone presence and presentation skills required β€’ Strong communication skills required β€’ Previous sales training on objection/rebuttal handling strongly preferred
