• Reach out by phone to customers who already know us • Reconnect with customers and book their next service visit • Manage a national appointments calendar and handle rescheduling efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume phone role (call center, inside sales, appointment setting, or phone-based customer service) • Comfortable with technology, familiar with CRM • Organized and self-directed • Warm and upbeat demeanor on calls
