📋 Description

• Provision, modify, and deprovision user accounts across multiple Microsoft 365 tenants and enterprise applications • Support user administration for employees, contractors, vendors, investors, and external business partners • Process onboarding, offboarding, transfer, and status change requests according to established procedures • Assist with administration of company-wide and subsidiary business systems • Support remote and in-office new hire onboarding activities • Assist users with MFA enrollment, Microsoft Authenticator registration, password resets, and account access issues • Maintain account records and documentation to support access reviews and audit requests • Escalate complex application, licensing, or access issues to senior team members • Administer Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, business applications, communication and collaboration platforms, cloud faxing, screen sharing, and third-party SaaS accounts • Manage user accounts, group memberships, security groups, password recovery, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, resource mailboxes, roles, permissions, and access reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered • 0-2 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Help Desk, Systems Administration, or related IT discipline • Experience working in a ticket-driven support environment preferred • Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 • Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services • Basic understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and identity management concepts • Familiarity with Multifactor Authentication (MFA) technologies and Microsoft Authenticator • Understanding of security principles including least privilege and access control • Strong customer service and communication skills • Excellent attention to detail • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to follow documented procedures and processes • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple requests simultaneously • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately • Willingness to learn new technologies and identity management platforms • High-speed internet required for remote work, Cable or Fiber ONLY with the ability to connect via Ethernet • Minimum internet speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use)
