📋 Description

• Work as a customer-facing Business Analyst, Data Exchange, on the Customer Data Management Team • Perform a consultative role with internal Operations and Distribution partners, customers, and technology partners • Independently implement multiple data exchanges using established integration capabilities and custom solutions • Define data requirements based on customers’ plan designs, review requirements with customers, and offer alternatives • Provide feedback for data corrections to meet predefined data-accuracy tolerances • Coordinate data loads into appropriate administration systems and promote integrations to production • Lead others through complex situations and collaborate on broad-perspective problem solving • Support Group Insurance customers implementing file and non-file integrations, including SSO and APIs • Work with internal partners, customers, and Third-Party Administrators to define, recommend, and implement solutions • Complete iterative data auditing and testing for completeness and adherence to plan details • Participate in projects and process-improvement initiatives improving customer onboarding efficiency

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced professional in business analysis and data exchange/integration • Excellent communication skills, including direct customer interaction and tailoring messages to customer needs • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills on data integration projects • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build partnerships with customers, technology partners, TPAs, and internal business partners • Proven track record of delivering results and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Demonstrated ability to perform data quality assessment and data testing • Ability to work independently, prioritize deliverables, and drive to solutions • Experience with Text, CSV / fixed width file formats required • Expertise on Compass Administration system highly desired • Knowledge of Group Insurance products highly desired • Experience working on an agile team highly desired • Ability to build new and mature existing business processes highly desired • Technical background with Excel / Excel Macros, text file manipulation, and SQL highly desired • Working knowledge of APIs and SSO highly desired • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
