📋 Description

• Analyze and optimize processes to evaluate program performance and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements • Develop presentations and deliver data-driven insights to support program manager communications with clients and senior leadership • Design and maintain enablement processes and documentation, including SmartSheet, and project plans for key initiatives • Gather and validate business requirements and oversee implementation of program enhancements across systems, processes, and applications • Provide advanced issue resolution support by diagnosing root causes, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions to mitigate future risks • Serve as the primary liaison for client implementations and single point of contact throughout the process • Pull reports and support pathway development as needed • Assist with operational training preparation for interdepartmental staff

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organizational skill to track tasks and completion • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio • Ability to work with data and reporting tools to research, organize, and summarize findings • High technical and functional aptitude for problem solving and process flow management • Ability to manage time and responsibilities in a fast paced, fluid environment • Strong interpersonal skills to work as part of a team on large projects • Self-motivated and high level of personal imitative • If working at home occasionally or permanently, internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload
