📋 Description

• Bridge business and technical requirements for the Software Integration Services team • Assist the manager with assessing core integration processes, determining requirements, and recommending best practices and solutions based on client business needs • Interact with clients and trainers to produce precise specifications for SIS engineers • Provide reassurance and quickly resolve inquiries in the area of expertise • Stay current with existing and future core integration offerings • Document processes and procedures and engage in best-practice development initiatives • Facilitate communication among developers, trainers, product, vendors, clients, sales, and services stakeholders • Scope project requirements and document risks related to core integration requests • Work with clients, internal teams, and vendors to resolve implementation obstacles • Liaise between SIE and SIS for new core system integrations • Maintain SIS documentation • Manage core integration tracker files and recommend changes to default mapping • Monitor project progress, follow up with stakeholders, and provide feedback • Support initiatives to accelerate project delivery • Triage tickets as needed • Train new team members as needed • Lead initiatives related to areas of expertise as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of banking core system integrations • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong troubleshooting skills • High degree of initiative and proven ability to exercise independent judgement • Strong customer service skills and abilities • Demonstrated ability to effectively develop, maintain and document business processes, workflows, product architecture and product design best practices • Demonstrated ability to produce project plans and executive summaries • Experience working with developers • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, and/or relevant professional experience • At least two years of relevant experience as a technical team leader or analyst for Banking Core Systems implementations • Basic competence in at least one programming language • Knowledge of system implementations and customization • Familiarity with SQL • Experience with Azure Application Insights (Kusto query language) preferred • Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting preferred • Must complete a comprehensive background check, credit check, and drug test as part of the offer process • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or otherwise address U.S. sponsorship requirements
