📋 Description

• Support integrated projects and strategic initiatives through collaboration with HonorHealth stakeholders and Information Technology • Identify key stakeholders and facilitate development discussions to understand and define operational needs • Lead research, data gathering, documentation, and analysis of business requirements and translate them into proposed solutions • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and third-party entities to define requirements and develop innovative solutions • Facilitate discovery sessions, determine project scope, develop project charters, and review them with impacted stakeholders • Follow the IT project intake process and produce professional project documents using IT project management toolsets • Develop current- and future-state workflows and define build requirements • Align application teams and customer service lines to recommend workflow, design, and technical solutions for new products, services, enhancements, site/unit builds, and relocations • Establish productive communications with business, vendor, and IT partners • Evaluate potential ROI and recommend fiscally responsible solutions aligned with organizational objectives • Understand system build impacts, recommend alternative approaches, and propose solutions • Consult on system testing and assist with user acceptance test plans and operational customer testing • Evaluate vendor and third-party solutions and participate in proposal reviews and vendor assessments • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to prioritize needs, set expectations, and review new functionality/design • Anticipate problems and provide solutions or suggestions • Lead project or program initiatives using project management techniques to plan, monitor, manage, and report implementation status • Assist with work plans, task assignments, and resource coordination • Evaluate projects through the delivery lifecycle for accuracy and consistency • Drive outcomes delivering best-practice workflows, adoption, platform utilization, and network standardization • Advise on and ensure compliance with change management procedures for testing, documenting, and communicating system changes • Comply with HonorHealth policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Healthcare IT Experience required • Bachelors or 4 years' work related experience in Healthcare, Business, Information Systems (IS), Computer Science, or related field required • 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Application Analyst or similar role required • 5 years relevant experience required • Other relevant experience in a healthcare setting preferred • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Professional Business Analysis Certification (IIBA, PMP) preferred • Six Sigma or Lean certification preferred • Epic Certification preferred • ITIL/SRE preferred • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a matrix resource environment • Ability to facilitate meetings and work with stakeholders, vendors, customers, and consultants • Customer service skills and ability to work well in a team environment
