📋 Description

• Support implementation of Okta authentication for multiple applications and systems on the ESA V program • Coordinate system requirements with technical resources, project managers, and customers at various levels • Perform analysis and change management • Coordinate and track information for high-visibility, tightly scheduled large projects with customers and deadlines • Support development of solutions requiring depth of technical knowledge through discussions with the technical team • Analyze, evaluate, and document application/system functions, settings, configurations, and supporting business processes • Gather key requirements from stakeholders and produce reports and analysis • Facilitate meetings and present reports, analysis, or findings • Document and communicate technical migration approaches for systems/applications • Document, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures • Validate that solutions meet business needs and requirements • Write user stories and acceptance criteria and participate in user acceptance testing • Develop understanding of business processes, best practices, supporting technology, and documentation • Train system owners or end users on new business processes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field with 8+ years of related experience, or high school diploma with an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree • Must meet eligibility requirements for access to the customer's information • US Citizenship is required • Candidate must obtain the required Government Public Trust security clearance before starting the assignment • Self-driven and able to work independently with minimum guidance • Demonstrated multitasking ability and problem-solving skills • Consistent record of on-time delivery and customer service • Business Analysis/Requirements Development experience • Technical writing and documentation experience • Excellent written and oral communication skills for explaining technical solutions to technical resources, project managers, and customers • Excellent teamwork and organizational skills • Fluent in use of Microsoft Office Suite • Preferred: Experience with Identity and Access Management systems and processes, particularly Okta Integration • Preferred: Understanding of Agile Software Development methodologies • Preferred: Experience performing testing to ensure customer requirements are met • Preferred: Experience performing end user training • Preferred: Government contracting experience, particularly with the DOJ • Preferred: DOJ Clearance • Preferred: AppMod
