📋 Description

• Lead planning, design, and recommendation of business processes • Analyze and document client business requirements and processes • Construct detailed business process models and workflows • Own requirement and design documentation • Lead client meetings to validate requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions • Oversee and coordinate business analyst tasks across multiple IT projects • Develop time estimates for project activities, including training development and business process modeling • Design methods to evaluate alignment between business goals, organizational needs, and project objectives • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to less experienced business analysts • Publish business process models to centralized Knowledge Exchange repositories and oversee documentation standards • Assess training needs, audience segmentation, and delivery schedules with clients, contractors, and site training managers • Coordinate and support provider and operational staff training using train-the-trainer or direct delivery methods • Manage development of eLearning videos, job aids, and desk-level procedures for go-live and operational readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 5–8 years of business analysis experience • Proven experience analyzing and designing business processes and workflows • Strong understanding of CMS, MITA concepts, and healthcare operations, particularly in Medicaid environments • Expertise in relational database concepts and system integration methodologies • Proficiency in training methodologies, including Learning Management Systems and eLearning content development • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Advanced leadership and project coordination skills • Strong analytical and presentation capabilities • Willingness to travel based on project needs • Fully remote work limited to contiguous US locations • Video cameras must be used during interviews and the initial week of orientation • Photo verification is required throughout the recruitment process
