📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end execution of member experience initiatives from scoping and requirements definition through implementation, validation, and post-launch monitoring • Own deliverables and drive initiative outcomes • Draft business requirements, user stories, and process documentation with business stakeholders • Translate operational needs into specifications for IT teams and vendors • Validate delivered solutions against intended business outcomes • Manage intake, submission, and tracking of IT and vendor tickets and enhancement requests • Monitor progress, escalate blockers, follow up on open items, and communicate status, risks, and timelines • Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reporting • Run working sessions that drive decisions and action • Coordinate change management, communications, and training to drive adoption • Partner with Member Services, Quality, Compliance, and other functional areas • Analyze project outcomes, member feedback, and operational data to assess impact and inform leadership recommendations • Report to the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, process improvement, or healthcare operations • Experience ideally within Medicare Advantage, managed care, or another regulated customer/member service environment • Experience writing business requirements, functional specifications, or process documentation • Experience working directly with IT teams such as Data, Salesforce, and Reporting • Hands-on experience managing ticketing and intake processes such as Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce cases, or similar • Strong organizational discipline and follow-through across multiple concurrent projects • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to build productive relationships across business, IT, and vendor teams • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce or CRM-based platforms • Preferred: Familiarity with CAHPS, HOS, Star Ratings, or other member experience and quality measurement programs • Preferred: Experience with business process mapping, workflow design, or operational redesign • Comfort using Excel, dashboards, or business intelligence tools
