TCM Bank, N. A. is a community-focused credit card issuer and subsidiary of ICBA Payments that partners with community banks across the United States to provide credit card solutions. TCM operates a Total Card Management® (TCM) agent program that enables community banks to offer consumer and business credit cards without building and managing their own card programs. They also purchase credit card portfolios from community banks, act as an issuer on behalf of partner banks, and provide cardholder services and portfolio purchasing services. TCM positions itself as a non-competitive partner to community banks (not cross-selling other financial products) and supports over 750 community bank partners and more than 530,000 cardholders.
