📋 Description

• Analyze and optimize processes to evaluate program performance and identify efficiency improvements • Develop presentations and deliver data-driven insights for program manager communications with clients and senior leadership • Design and maintain enablement processes, documentation, including SmartSheet, and project plans for key initiatives • Gather and validate business requirements and oversee implementation of program enhancements across systems, processes, and applications • Diagnose root causes, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to mitigate future risks • Serve as the primary liaison and single point of contact for client implementations • Pull reports and support pathway development as needed • Prepare operational training for interdepartmental staff interacting with the program

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organizational skill to track tasks and completion • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Visio • Ability to work with data and reporting tools to research, organize, and summarize findings • High technical and functional aptitude for problem solving and process flow management • Ability to manage time and responsibilities in a fast-paced, fluid environment • Strong interpersonal skills to work as part of a team on large projects • Self-motivated and high level of personal initiative • Home internet connection through cable broadband or fiber optic service with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload when working at home • Relevant experience and geographic location affect the hourly rate
